Return service:

The 80's Food & Beverage Co., Ltd. attaches great importance to our customers. If you are not satisfied after receiving the goods, you can contact us to request a return.
However, the goods you return must meet the following requirements:

  • The goods received are different from the goods when the order was placed.
  • There is a problem with the quality of the goods.
  •  Not delivered within the agreed time.
  • The goods are damaged.
  • Repeated orders or wrong product selection.

Return process:
Please call or call 3741 2997 to our customer service department and explain the return request. For the return request, the customer service staff will ask you to provide the following information.

  • Order number
  • Purchase date
  • The name and quantity of the goods to be returned
  • Reason for return

If the situation is exceptional, the customer service staff will arrange the replacement as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances, the refund application process will be re-completed after 5 jobs have been received. However, the replacement time varies from bank to bank.

Gradually cancel and return the account you paid at that time, please provide a local personal bank account in Hong Kong, and we will return it to you in time. Specifically, please contact our online customer service staff.
